Terms and Conditions for our Online Store
Delivery and Shipping
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. For Australian in-stock orders, delivery may take up to 3-5 business days. For international orders, deliveries can take up to 2 weeks. If an item is back ordered or out of stock you will be notified immediately. We use Australia Post for all our postal dispatchments. For domestic orders over $100 we use Registered Post to ensure safe delivery.
Please note: if you order multiple items and one or more of the items is on backorder, your order will not be shipped until it is complete. If there is no delivery quoted for your country please email us and we can arrange a shipping price for you.
Shipping and handling fees, as well as Australian GST (for Australian residents only), are calculated upon checkout.
Payment / Privacy
We accept all major credit cards through our online payment service, foxycart.com. To protect each customer's privacy, we do not sell, distribute or share customer information under any circumstances.
Return and Exchange Policy
We can provide an exchange or credit note for items other than earrings (due to health reasons) within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt. We must receive the returned items in original and unused condition with attached tags. Please also include a copy of your invoice . The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is liable for the item until it is received back by Rowan Sable. If for any reason the item is lost in the mail, Rowan Sable is not responsible and will not refund or exchange to the customer. Thereby it is the customer's responsibility to use a method of shipping with tracking.
Please note that we do not refund. If you have any questions regarding an exchange please contact us. Reduced or sale items are not exchangeable for other items or refunds.
Pricing
All market prices are in Australian Dollars, including GST. If you're ordering internationally, you will be charged in Australian Dollars. Your bank will be responsible for conversion to your local currency. If you're unsure of the exchange rate, please contact your bank.
